These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OneVyapar — a B2B marketplace operated by Bharat Trade Mart and accessible at onevyapar.com. By creating an account, posting a buy-lead, or browsing the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use OneVyapar.
1. Who can use OneVyapar
OneVyapar is meant for Indian businesses (sole proprietors, partnerships, LLPs, and registered companies) aged 18 or older. By signing up, you confirm you have authority to bind the business you represent to these Terms.
2. Account & verification
- You must provide accurate business details — name, GSTIN, PAN, contact information, address — during registration.
- Premium / featured listings require manual verification by our team before going live.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
3. Buyer responsibilities
- Post genuine requirements with realistic quantity, timeline, and budget when possible.
- Respond to supplier contact attempts in good faith — repeat ghosting may impact future lead-routing.
- Do not use OneVyapar to harvest contact data for unrelated marketing.
4. Supplier responsibilities
- List only products / services you actually supply.
- Quote in good faith and honour commercial commitments made on the platform.
- Don't spam buyers, share buyer contacts with third parties, or contact a buyer who has marked the lead closed.
- Maintain a clean, accurate catalog. Misleading product photos or specs are grounds for suspension.
5. Lead handling & commercial terms
OneVyapar is a discovery and matchmaking platform. Once a buyer and supplier connect, the commercial relationship — price negotiation, contract, payment, delivery, returns, taxes, GST invoicing — is strictly between them. OneVyapar is not a party to any transaction and does not warrant that any specific supplier will deliver as quoted or that any specific buyer will pay on time.
6. Membership & payments
- Free Trial is offered for 14 days from sign-up; no card required.
- Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans are billed monthly in advance, plus 18% GST.
- Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds, where applicable, follow our Refund Policy.
- Payments are processed via Razorpay or other listed gateways; we never store your card / UPI credentials.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use OneVyapar to:
- List prohibited goods or services (narcotics, weapons, counterfeit branded items, sexually explicit material, or anything in violation of Indian law).
- Send spam, scams, MLM offers, or phishing communications to other users.
- Scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission.
- Interfere with platform security or other users' accounts.
8. Content & intellectual property
You own the content you upload (company profile, product photos, catalogs). By uploading, you grant OneVyapar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform and in related buyer-facing communications.
The OneVyapar logo, brand name, and platform design are our property. Don't use them without permission.
9. Termination
You can deactivate your account anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or harm other users. We'll give reasonable notice unless immediate action is necessary to protect the platform.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
OneVyapar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific commercial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, OneVyapar's total liability to any user in any 12-month period is limited to the amount that user paid us in that period (which is zero for free accounts).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify OneVyapar against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
