1. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how and when OneVyapar issues refunds for paid services on the platform. It applies to premium memberships, featured listings, and any one-off add-on services purchased from OneVyapar. We do not process refunds for transactions that happen between buyers and suppliers outside the platform — those are between the two parties.
2. Trial & free services
Any free trial or no-cost feature on OneVyapar is, of course, non-refundable — there is no charge to refund.
3. Paid services — general rule
- Within 7 days of payment — full refund (100%), provided the priority features (boost slots, featured banner placement, top-of-search position, trust badge) have not been activated for your account.
- Within 7 days, partial feature use — pro-rata refund based on days the service was active.
- Day 8 onwards — no refund for the current billing period. The service can be cancelled at any time to stop the next renewal.
Specific plan refund terms — if different from the general rule — will be communicated to you on the checkout page and your invoice at the time of purchase.
4. Add-on services
- Homepage / category banner — refundable only if the banner has not yet been published. Once it goes live, no refund.
- One-off lead boost — non-refundable; consumed immediately on purchase.
- Verification fast-track — non-refundable once the review has started.
5. How to request a refund
Email our support team from your registered account email with the following:
- Your business name and account email or phone
- The service you want refunded
- The reason (optional — helps us improve)
- The payment reference number or invoice ID
We acknowledge the request within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net-banking). Wallet refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on the wallet provider.
6. GST on refunds
Refunds include the GST component originally charged. We issue a credit note that matches the refund amount and reverses the original tax invoice for the refunded portion, so your books stay clean.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer for a payment that is eligible for refund under this policy, we will work with the bank to resolve it cooperatively. Chargebacks raised in bad faith — for services that have already been consumed — may result in account suspension.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate to our Grievance Officer with the case details. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts, per our Terms of Service.
